Looking For Help?
  1.
Throughout life, we are confronted with what can feel like overwhelming challenges. During times of stress even the best of us can become scared, anxious, angry or confused. Communication with loved ones can break down, relationships become filled with tension and we end up feeling frustrated and unhappy.

If you’re feeling stuck or are having trouble adjusting to new transitions, a qualified therapist can help.  I can give you a safe place to talk about your issues, gain insight, and develop strategies to move ahead.  During therapy, you will feel heard, understood and supported. By delving into your issues in a constructive way, you’ll feel empowered to look at your problems with a fresh perspective and discover how to make changes. Your relationships will become more enjoyable, endeavors at work and school more rewarding, and life, overall, will feel richer and more satisfying.
